Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

If there is any unexpected delay (for example, due to stock levels or high order volume), we will notify you by email.

2. Delivery Estimates

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class for UK deliveries. Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 1–3 working days after dispatch

  • Europe: 5–10 working days after dispatch

  • Rest of World: 7–15 working days after dispatch

Please note these are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to customs delays.

3. Shipping Providers

We use Royal Mail for all standard deliveries. Larger or higher-value items may occasionally be shipped via another trusted courier service. Tracking information (if applicable) will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

4. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Any customs fees, import taxes, or local duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order, as we cannot control or predict these charges.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  1. Please allow a few extra days, as postal delays can occur.

  2. Check with your local sorting office or neighbours in case delivery was attempted.

  3. If your order still hasn’t arrived after 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international), please contact us at Simonhowardmusic@gmail.com so we can investigate with the courier.

We are not responsible for parcels delayed by postal services or customs, but we will always do our best to help locate your order.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
